• Comment: The sewer pump transfer station for my complex shut down without warning and without setting off an alarm. This caused nearly 50 gallons of gray water to seep into my basement. First Response was recommended by Budge It Drains from Brockton, another 5 Star contractor. First Response lead tech Dmitri was outstanding. Clean-up and disinfection were done quickly and with excellent communication about the process. An industrial dehumidifier and air movers were left behind to insure the process was completed properly. I am very please with the result and I highly recommend First Response Restoration for any damage restoration you may require.
